    My charger case arrived in protective packaging and arrived on time. This was a refurbished item that was clean and free of obvious defects normally found on used items - it appeared in “new” condition. All of the parts were included, such as charging cable and power plug connector. The charging light came on when plugged in. It looks great. (I can’t test the actual charging of my ear buds until they are returned from being serviced, but I believe it will work as expected.)

    Arrived in a timely manner and works fine. Unfortunately a new hearing aid charger did not solve the problem, which now appears to be the hearing aid itself. But the charger that was sent works just fine. Note: When troubleshooting the hearing aid the cost of the charger was far less than the cost of a new rechargeable battery, so I feel checking that possibility was money worth spending.

    The Charger Case was exactly as described and in like-new condition, with a new USB power adapter and USB cable. The product was expertly packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap. The cardboard box was sturdy and sealed well with packing tape. Shipping time was lightning fast from order to UPS label with tracking info. Ordered one day, shipped the next, then UPS delivered in 2 days from Illinois to Michigan.
