They still sent a tracking number and the item is going somewhere else. Unfortunately after payment it showed the address. I was not able to confirm anything after payment it just went through and according to ebay the seller hurried and sent a tracking number. I canceled 2min after the order and they sent it in 20min saying it's shipped already. OK

Seller responded that they are Vevor which means the Vevor warranty should apply. Press works as I expected. Takes a while to get to temperature. I used a laser heat gun to test the element, and it has sone slight variations, but not too bad. Pressure is good. I did the dollar bill test on the corners, and I had to really tug on them to release. Communications/support is great. I'd purchase again.

Item was very well packed in its box and came as described with all accessarys. After unpacking and checking the fit and finish. The finish was very good and only a slight adjustment to the rails to balance the friction on the slide. It operated smoothly and worked as required. Great seller with this type of seller.
