When we opened the box, there was no damage to the chair, so we are very happy for the quick delivery time. I notice that the seat is pretty firm, so we placed a small pillow on the seat. That made the chair absolutely perfect. When you buy this chair, plan to also but a small pillow and you will be pleased with the outcome. The vibrate and heat work fine.
