Instead of taking responsibility, they tried blaming USPS for the damage and asking me to make an insurance claim when it was their responsibility to ensure the item was properly and securely packed and shipped. Pure negligence on their part. I will be seeking eBay's support for a refund as seller is not taking responsibility nor cooperating on rectifying the situation.
