They are adjustable and fit me just right at armpit to floor height and armpit to hand length. If you are new to crutches be aware that the hand grip should not be too low. You do not want your arm to be straight out. You want a little arm bend to take most of the weight bearing vs. your armpit. Happy ebayer. Thanks
