    The customer service from the vendor was excellent. I had dozens of questions before the purchase because I was switching from a Grace Company frame to Handi Quilter. The main reason was the price but when we received the frame, it was a much higher quality construction than the Grace. There were also 5 rails included with the Handi Quilter instead of the 3 from Grace. It is a quality frame and I am so happy that I made the switch.
