      Great Device!! - You might need support from Aeotec if using Smartthings

      It's a really nice product, well constructed and close to a precise electric consumption reading. I wasn't able to make it work by myself with samsuns smartthings. The existing community device handlers didn't work. HEM wasn't reporting automatically if I didn't press the refresh button manually. I had to contact Aeotec support, and they were very kind and helpful (Technician: Chris). Aeotec support got the unit reporting in minutes. I'm very pleased with the device and support. The 4 stars only review corresponds to the lack of working Device Handlers for smarthings, the device itself is amazing though.

      Works as it says but no historical graphs/charts available.

      Although the product does do as it advertises, I haven't found a way, via Smartthings, to show any historical graphs/charts. It seems some coding is required in order to make that happen. Also, the gen5 z-wave doesn't seem to do well when the unit is outside. When I had it mounted outside my house, it would drop the connection every day. Bringing it inside seems to allow it to stay connected consistently.
