Replaced the thin, flimsy, clip with an old Uncle Mikes heavy spring steel belt clip and the holster works as it should have from the beginning. I don’t recommend this holster, unless you’re planning on replacing the belt clip that ships with it. It wouldn’t even stay snapped over a thick, heavy 2” leather pistol belt in a quality thick pair of jeans.

The snap on strap is actually needed because the gun wants to pop out at the slightest encouragement. Also odd it said Kentucky but really coming from Houston.
