I has issues installing the software, however the work around is when it asks you to choose between metric and inches choose metric. Just switch it later in the program. Easier to learn, I love the software that came with it (I did upgrade to Pro). I think the issues I am having is user error. Pretty sure of that. Still learning. I got it fast and set up so easily. AND now I have found out that they have tons more items I can buy at a good price and I would expect the same good quality.
