Bought two more and they work great, only issue was screws on these two didn't fit all the way to clamp down control unit. Screws on first unit tightened all the way down but not on the last two. Not a huge issue as control unit stays in place, it just wiggles a bit. Satisfied with purchases with this seller!

There was a small dent in the box that tore the box slightly (from it being handled through the mail system) but it didn’t matter because the heat press had styrofoam all around it so it was protected. Found the instructions & they were short and brief but I understood them just fine. Was able to assemble the few parts needed with no issues. Was a little hesitant to use immediately but once I got over my fear, it was super easy to use!
