Received package with one end, the cylinder rod, sticking out of the package about 3-4 inches and don't know if the seals inside cylinder were damaged. Installed anyway so we'll see if it leaks or not. I would have thought that company would know how to ship such an item. Other than that, cylinder appears to be well made and fit my JD x360 riding mower perfectly.
