Item was received in dual platic bubble wrapped bags and it somewhat rough shape from being delayed/lost in transit over the 2024 holidays (not the sellers fault). Seller was responsive and accomodating through the issue with USPS as we tracked its delayed arrival. Despite the rough sailing the package went through to arrive, it works great.
