The phone is like new, and so far so good with performance. NIce that it comes with a bumper protector, but the gray translucent back darkens the color of the phone. I didn't realize this model doesn't have an earphone jack, and now I have to get an adapter because I don't want to go wireless with blue tooth. This isn't the vendor's fault, just noting it. I would definitely recommend this vendor.
