Being able to work core muscles and leg muscles standing is a plus. It can be aerobic. It is effective. To be able to just step up on and do a few movements throughout the day is convenient. This particular machine is very smooth, fluid ,quiet and stable . It is portable, isn’t heavy to carry. This was quick to ship and fast delivery. Buy one from this seller.

I would rate the instructions as a three. The instructions on telling you where each piece when putting it together is not provided. By using the picture , I was able to figure out where four of the five pieces went. It doesn’t provide information on the fourth piece and what it’s for. Nor does it give instructions on how to use the electronic device provided to track use info
