There are lots and lots of possible combinations for mounting controls, literally hundreds of possible setups so it can be configured exactly how you want it. The kit included a couple of wrenches and Allen keys which was a nice touch. I was missing a couple of the black plastic knobs that tighten the frame and stanchions but other than that all the hardware was there, plus a bag of hardware for mounting pedals, wheels, flight sticks, etc.
