      I have worked with Annette and Robert to resolve a problem with a Honda generator, and they have me fantastic support. They sent me video comparisons between the eu1000i and the eu2200i, when I had some doubts on the noise levels of the different generators. They even adjusted the valves after my purchase to help resolve a noise problem with a "ticking" on my used eu1000i. They are great to work with, and you will not be disappointed with this seller.
