My unit uses 4 holes in the top motor bracket that correspond with 4 small holes in the motor housing. The simplest correction might help others with the same set up. I did not want to drill 4 holes into the top of the cabinet, causing rust and for rain to run in on the motor, so I drilled 4 smaller holes into the motor housing to "hang" the motor like the OEM fan.
