I was able to sharpen a family knife that was never properly sharpened before in 15 minutes and vastly improve the edge. I can imagine that it would be really easy to maintain the edge on a knife that allready has a good edge.

Just a few hours later this same company had them listed on Amazon prime cheaper. It was only a couple of bucks but the principle of it was upsetting. Great product either way.
