    Arrived in sealed box in new condition. Worked fine. The external plastic enclosure had six tiny screws that were difficult to install. If the intent is just to get a single NGFF-type M.2 and keep it in the enclosure, that would not be an issue. Swapping NGFF devices and assembling/dissembling would be time consuming.

    Quality of the item is excellent. The condition when arrived was impecable. Price is awesome for what is intended to be use and the appearance is like an SSD drive but without de M.2 inside. The only finding I got (and seller can't be blamed) is that the design is a bit tricky to put an M.2 on it and the heat generated by an M.2 SSD placed in this item must be considered. Overall the item works like a charm. A++ Seller and one of my favorites. 3

    It works fine. I actually stuck my M.2 drive in it and then put it in a USB enclosure.

    I have this with my M.2 in it and in a USB enclosure as a portable drive and have been copying files to it as a backup drive. Just be sure you use an M.2 drive as specified in the listing. It does NOT work with an M.2 NVMe drive, just that M.2 drive that they specify. My files transfer over pretty fast and its lightweight to carry with me.
