    The items arrived promptly and well packaged. The scale on the tape and on the straight edge of one of the shapes is not accurate being- more than half a cm on the shape. After a few communications the seller refunded 25% so in the end fair. If you are not too worried about the scale the shapes themselves are ok.

    The coffee mug came well packed however print quality is below expectations: - At the top lettering looks fine, sharp, however from the bottom downward, lettering becomes blur, dirty; - The green from the lettering ribon is not a light green, but more close to olive drab (see the photos below). If you are okay with the poor quality issue as new, then everything else is ok: great communication, well packed, the parcel was tracked. But sadly, I will not buy from this seller again.
