    Great packaging. Fast posting. However, tracking by USPS was subpar using third-party curriers to pickup and transport items without updating tracking. I contacted seller and received an immediate response. Item did show up on time and in great condition. Did not recieve an update in USPS tracking until morning item was delivered. It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great! I highly recommend this seller and will purchase from them again.

    This was the perfect red case for my older iPad for a great price. Unfortunately it arrived in unusable condition so I sent photos to the seller who refunded me promptly without fuss! I packed it up to ship back to the seller but they insisted the photos were enough to refund without returning the damaged goods. It’s so refreshing to deal with wonderful sellers such as this.     Price is very good, but both batteries arrived with minimal or no charge. Batteries are often shipped with low charge, especially lithium, but one has no charge and one very low. My phones are "unable to charge" which may be an issue with the phones or with the batteries. Seller responded quickly to my concern and has offered a free replacement, but I will wait to see if it is my old phones that are the problem. Which I suspect is true. I do recommend this seller. Very trustworthy.

    If Only Logitech Would Do The Right Thing...

    Relative to the camera I purchased, all I can say with certainty is that it is functional. My operating system is Ubuntu 17.04. Because it is not common as Windows or Macintosh, Logitech refuses to adapt their software which is required to allow the camera's features to work to Ubuntu, the most common Linux distribution used outside of the corporate IT environment. And what is their rationale? Why, it would cost money to modify the software they've already spent how much money to develop? I mean, God forbid that the executives at Logitech would have to forgo a quarterly bonus or give up some executive perqs in order to for the corporation to do the morally correct thing! Or perhaps they are...IF they're morality is centered on Almighty Money!

    The camera had no software, the Logitech site is not helpful. The camera does not do anything except transmit video with an application, it does not record. I'll find a use for this thing eventually, but it is not what I wanted. Additionally, while Logitech support did eventually contact me, the key word is "eventually", I'd already figured out that I was a victim.

    Great Web Cam

    The Logitech C-525 was quite easy to set up. The user instructions were quite clear which made for quick set up. The unit was up and running with the internet in about 15 minutes. Very easy to use. Would recommend the Logitech series of Web Cams to all users. Great picture quality!

    Great webcam. I'm running Windows 11, and the camera is plug and play, with no Logitech software needed (per the Logitech site). The resolution is much, much better than my previous Logitech 210 webcam and the picture is in widescreen format. The camera mount also has some extra plastic components that allow it to sit more securely on my monitor.
