    I bought new ski I got it is damaged I ask them to help me to provide pictures so I could contact freight company and they just start yelling that it was good brand new and I asked freight company to sand me a picture they did sand pictures and damage was there before pick up and eBay did not help as well probably this people lie to eBay tooo

    The purchaser bought a hull from us that was in brand new condition and was damaged in transport. The purchaser arranged the transport and did not insure the load and wanted us to refund him. I turned everything into ebay and they agreed that it was the shipper / purchaser responsibility. He then tried to buy other parts from me that I canceled the order on.

    The slipper clutch was no where near being new! It showed clear signs of use and signs of improper installation and/or lack of lubrication prior to installation. I’m giving this seller a positive feedback because once I contacted them, they made the effort to contact me and address the issue. They offered to refund my purchase and offered to pay for shipping. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I have decided to keep the part and attempt to make it work.
