I emailed the seller with photos and I contacted eBay customer support. eBay refunded my purchase so their guarantee works. I'm not happy that the stain I needed arrived damaged but I'm still giving 5 stars because Flood stain is an awesome product, the seller was responsive & helpful, and eBay support was excellent. Want to re-order but afraid the same thing will happen.
