        Acceptable and moist

        I would give this eye cream 4 stars! It does lessen the puffiness under eyes, and contains super ingredients! It doesn't work 100% for me, but it is reasonable compared to high end ones! I would recommend it! For the price it does help the puffiness somewhat!
