It appeared as though the box may have been damaged/ dropped in transit. I contacted the seller who responded immediately. I sent some pictures and a replacement or refund was offered. Had the fountain arrived unscathed it would be a great value for the price. I’m sorry the fountain didn’t work out but communication and customer service from this seller was fantastic!
