I rcvd a invoice for the item and I was charged $4.68 for shipping. I reached out to the seller and she tells me she didn’t charge shipping, ebay must have so reach out to eBay. I contacted eBay I was told the seller has the ability to provide a partial refund for the shipping. I reached back out to the seller and was told she doesn’t have that option. Seller accepted offer and didn’t honor it.
