Just the right size for common puncture size.
As will all things German, great quality never disappointed. Don't consider any smaller than 16 mm for your punctures as this would be the smallest patch I would buy IMO. This kit was a good value when you consider what they want for the other little box kits with glue, sandpaper and a few patches. This was ideal for stocking up and restocking the spent box kits you carry with you. All you need now is some of the glue...get the good stuff (Rema) and keep the excess air squeezed out of the tube as you use it.As will all things German, great quality never disappointed. Great patches
I live in the Land of the Goat's Head Thorn. And, I ride A LOT. As such, I get at least a flat a week, often more. Tubes are $7 each, so, I patch. (My rear tube currently has 14 patches.) It takes me, on my multi-speed mtn. bike, less than 20 min. from start to finish and the actual patch takes less than 5 min. And they work great! At $7/tube, this one kit will save me $700! Rema Is The Best And 16mm Size Is Just Right
I find the quality control of Rema products is better than some of the generic brands. Used with their vulcanizing fluid it makes a permanent patch. The 16mm size is perfect for most small punctures especially for skinny road tubes. If you get a lot of flats the box of 100 will save you some money in the long run.

Do the math
I have a couple of tubes with four or five of these patches on them. We live in goat head thorn city and a person could go broke buying a new tube for every flat. I find that these are the only size that fit a 700 x 23 well. After putting the patch on the glued area, I put a spring loaded hand clamp on it and leave it for a couple of hours and you have your next carry along spare tube. I find most bike shops don't carry the 16 mm. They cure well with any patch glue from a store automotive department, which are larger than the small patch kit tubes. --------- Happy trailsI have a couple of tubes with four or five of these patches on them. These are the ones you want
The original and still the best. These patches, when properly applied, work. Period. If you had/have problems with them, then you did SOMETHING wrong. Make certain tube is completely clean, never touch patch surface, and use good vulcanizing glue. Been using them for decades.
