However, this appears more like the DELIVERY people tossing around the box. The box was mangled on the inside and pretty much fell apart. Subsequently my starter looked ok but sounded horrible because it got damaged during delivery. They were super nice and gave me a refund. The only thing I am not happy with is that it did not work. The motor on this thing was strong. I had to get another or be stranded. TY a-prem.
