Madison Seating did a great job packaging and protecting it so I don't blame them at all. I think FedEx handled it poorly. They were quick to respond and address my issue and when I decided to process a return they processed it within 10 minutes. The chair was in good quality otherwise, condition was as described, it's a great value, and the appearance was very good.
