    Quick shipping at a reasonable price. However, the device received was defective and did not work. Thankfully the device was still under warranty and the manufacture approved an RMA. It's possible it the seller was not aware, but the description was not arcuate. I should be clear I did not contact the seller about the condition since the manufacture approved an RMA for a brand-new factory sealed device. This is why I am leaving neutral rather than another feedback rating.

    purchased a used drive that failed immediately, the seller was not very accommodating with the return process, fought me every step of the way. I don't have time to fight it so I am out $45 and the seller gets negative feedback. I attached a pic of the drive diagnostics that the seller refused to look at

    The picture that you're attaching to the review never made it to me, otherwise I would've refund you. You would make excuses that you couldn't attach the picture to the refund request for some reason and that you had to DM me, but I never received a DM with this picture. Unfortunately, your hyperbole way of speaking makes you sound like you're trying to scam out sellers, just in this review you're saying "drive that failed immediately". "SMART status = BAD" does not mean that the drive failed.
