No visible flaws on the case and only a few minor surface marks on the screen. Home and other buttons worked fine. Easily setup with my Apple ID and updated iOS to 18.5. Charges and battery condition is good. As a few others have commented, shipped with minimal packing of light bubble wrap in a poly envelope. But since the price was reasonable and shipped very quickly, will overlook that.

The only gripe is that the battery health is very poor, but I can get that fixed myself. Considering that the iPhone SE 2020 is still getting support and updates from Apple I really did get a great value for the price of this phone.
