    I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the item. The game was tested and in perfect condition before shipping. The case was slightly worn, as described in the listing. The image you sent shows a scratched disc, but it appears to not be the same one I shipped. I offered a return and requested more information, but received no further communication. I strive for customer satisfaction but was unable to resolve this due to lack of cooperation.
