I bought this for wall decor, but it does play nice. I didn't expect it to be like my professional grade trumpets, so I'm not disappointed that it's not. However, it's a perfect trumpet if you're just starting out playing as a young student. You can't be at it for the price. It's certainly not a "toy" trumpet.
