Reached out Monday—no response. Tuesday, seller claimed a 3-day shipping window, not mentioned in the listing. Still no shipment. Saturday, I inquired again; seller seller responded with a vague explanation, questioning my urgency and suggesting a delay of one to two more weeks. Requested a refund.

    To clarify, the purchase was made on Fri not Thu as stated. My listings are set up w/ a standard shipping time of 3 business days,as reflected in the estimated delivery date shown at checkout. I received a message from buyer on 1st business day, asking if I “intended” to ship. I confirmed that I planned to ship by the deadline. Until then, everything was on track. Unfortunately, a family emergency made it impossible for me to meet the deadline I offered to cancel the order and refund the buyer.
