    I purchased two fans, and a week later, only one arrived. I immediately contacted the seller (based in China), and received a response no less than 12 hours later due to time difference. The seller is very communicative, and even offered to correct the mistake by offering me a refund or a replacement fan. Replacement fan came a week later, without additional shipping costs to me.
