    Great customer service. Balloon flower was not as video indicated and didn't work for my event. Returned because I received damaged. Refund was timely and I was pleased with results. The rose is actually made from a balloon, it doesn't blow up like a normal balloon. Well made for this type of craft, but not what I had in mind. Thank you for your fast response.
