Unfortunately the eyelash glue to adhere the eyelashes to the base to perm them was completely dried out. I messaged the seller and they responded very fast, were apologetic, and refunded my money immediately! I offered to return the product and they said no need. They were extremely friendly, fair, and attentive! Even without the glue being usable, the price was very good!
