I offered to keep it if they would offer a discount or partial refund in the hopes that my handyman husband can somehow glue it or fix it. It is not all concrete as I expected, partial fiberglass maybe? The seller communicated very quickly, and offered a full refund after he verified that they did not have any more in stock in the warehouse and did not require me to return the item. 🤞husband can fix it.
