It was not the original box, but item was described as an open box item. Wheelchair was described as new because the rear wheels were still wrapped in plastic, but the front wheel forks had scratches and were missing washers. It looks like there were attempted adjustments to the wheelchair. Seller was friendly and responsive but unhelpful.
