All it does is turn and turn on the tripod's screw. They asked me for pictures of attachment which I sent, and they responded by saying the attachment screws and tighten on tripod, which I know it should but it doesn't. Told them again what the issue is and they responded by asking for a picture of the tripod. I just requested a return label.
