Initially it appeared to be plug and play with the correct date and time already set. I didn't have the extra camera plugged in so it was only the main device camera and to me the frame rate was too low making the image jumpy. I didn't get to explore anything further and when I reached out to the seller they were very nice and understanding and issued the refund without having me send back the product.
