    device that was delivered was locked to verizon, not unlocked as described. it was also a company device that was still being managed by the issuing organization which was not disclosed in the listing. there was also a bulging battery (a safety hazard) and the device was not packaged correctly in accordance with usps mailing requirements for electronics containing secondhand lithium batteries. thankfully the return process was simple and a refund was provided at drop off.

    Samsung Note 4

    The Samsung Note 4 is an awesome phone that also doubles as a tablet. I'm very pleased with the battery life and it's ability to accept a high capacity micro sd card. If the battery ever goes bad, it can easily be removed and replaced with no tools. The stylus pen takes this phone to the next level. It's size, performance, camera, screen definition, and overall quality are top notch. I could not be happier with my purchase.

    I was very happy when I got this phone but I realized that it will turn off every time when I tried to install an app on it it will turn off and it won't turn on again until I plugged it to the power again and battery died very fast no longer than 1 hour ..very very bad manufacturer. ..

    Back in Love....

    I had a Note 2 and loved it, it died. Got an S4, didn't love it, I broke it. Now a brand new Note 4 (last phone to work with my Samsung Multimedia dock HDMI to the big screen TV. Happy again!
