I use the Jumbo round pencils for finish carpentry and it works great, much easier and faster then the manual sharpener which I had in my van, how ever these do not sharpener the flat pencils which I was hoping that they did, but no problem my main need was for the Jumbo pencils which I usually sharpen a box at a time so that I always have sharp pencils for precise measurements and when they all get dull then time to sharpen them all again
