It turns on, and can play music, other than that its useless !!!! I would have to get a degree from MIT to be able to make this thing capable of voice recording. Am unable to get anywhere with instructions. Should have lit my money on fire and watched it burn, would get more enjoyable entertainment from that. Don't waste your money like I did, buy one from Wal-Mart !!!!!!!
