    Welcome To The Life Of The City, Merantau

    The best Martial Arts film of this decade! Good story, amazing fight scenes and stunts, excellent drama, top notch thriller, and professional acting by all the actors. Director Gareth Evans is comparable to Quentin Tarantino and George Lucas in pioneering the new way to film action Martial Arts movie in a none stop camera angles. Iko Uwais is comparable to Tony Jaa. As a matter of a fact, they are both looked as they had gone to the same film school. Uwais is less gymnastic than Jaa. The English dubbed is perfect for the movie as well. The music is very soothing for the ears. And the photography is very awesome. I recommend this movie for all ages, however, people under 18 must be advise by parents because this movie is rated "R". And this film contained very violent theme, sexual ...

    A little old school

    Movie has a little old school feel. Bad acting from some of the bad guys...... I bought this movie because I’m a big Iko Uwais/ The Raid fan. Wasn’t even close to as wild but knowing it was one of his older movies that is not what I was expecting. I give it 3.5 stars.

    Merantau is a brilliant actin movie. The martial arts and stunts are absolutely incredible. I highly recommend buying and making this part of your super action collection. I have watched this movie 5 times and it doesn't get old. I highly recommend. Straight up 5 Stars.
