      Easy to install, use and I like to compact size

      I was using a Pur faucet mount system and switched to Zero Water after reading reviews on better filtration. The unit was easy to install and I like the valve on the side to access the filtered water. The water is as expected, no taste which is fine with me. However I have been unable to activate the indicator light as per the instructions so I just put reminders on my calendar to change the filter every three months.

      Floatie Free Water

      Prior to installing this filter, I would regularly see particles in the municipal tap water; and after installing this filter, I have very clear water! Please know that on the packaging, manual & website you can find a warning that this filter is for “fixed kitchen faucets” & not for “handheld, retractable” faucets. The filter will not work properly if hot water is run through it. Also, I’ve found that the filter will only operate within a certain range of faucet output…too low & the filter’s on/off valve will disengage…too high & I’ll start to see particles in my water again.

      is a little bulky.

      I was disappointed that it does not filter the faucet water as much as I had expected . I have a zero water tester and when I test 2 glasses of water 1 just regular tap water and the other through the filter it went from 76 ppm for the tap water and only down to 71 ppm from the zero water filter. when I read up on them it seemed as though it would filter more. I guess I was wrong. I will continue to use it since I've paid for it and installed it but overall not a fan of this device.

      Love the Zero water filter spigot attachment, we had the white one before and we are hooked, there’s one small flaw tho that I hope would be addressed on these, the little knob on the side that you pull to direct water through the filter is a poor design, it should be made better as to not strip from wear and tear, good water tho love it
