      Freight shipping was quick and Item was wrapped up on the pallet well. Saia (the carrier) did a very good job transporting the item with no signs of damage. I reused the line set from my old mini split. Pulled a vacuum (250 microns for 2 hours), and charged. The unit has been working well. Instructions were thorough enough for the mechanically inclined homeowner. I live in the northeast so it has been heating since installed. Happy customer. Thanks.
