So although it was his fault, they wanted to have us send it back, which was going to cost him $190.00...and the tool box only cost $199.00!!!!! We tried several times to see if we could do some kind of "exchange", so we could send this one back, purchase a larger one (which would cost more, so they would make more money from us!!) and all we were told was we could send this one back!!!
