I assume this is an unavoidable CD technology thing, an older player trying to play a newer CD data format. Delivery was quick, and the unit was carefully and well packed for delivery. I love that the seller is providing a one-year warranty.

Unfortunately this model requires a remote and this was missing. I contacted boseconnectco and they were willing to send a remote. This arrived yesterday. We tested the radio and cd and both work exactly as described. This seller is obviously willing to engage with their customer to fix issues and they supply product exactly as described.
