Rear lights not working seeming ly a manufacturer defect for this model. 4. Charger in box was a old segway charger which does not work nor is it compatible no oem charger availableanywhere.. 5. Previously owner bonded to app . Nobody but original owner ( not xiaomi ) can unbind to use app. I cut rear fender in half . Bought solid tires. Scooter works. The basic scooter is OK. Buyer beware.

When the box clearly says 100hz. I did send it back for a refund but felt scammy if I hadn’t been paying attention or wasn’t as tech savvy I’d have gotten taken advantage of. The sellers poor customer service and quickness to blame me are the reason for the negative feedback. Buyer beware!!!!!
